Terms of Use

Leetor Learners is a digital learning management platform accessible at leetorlearners.com, designed to facilitate the delivery, management, and tracking of creative education courses offered through authorised partner outlets.

The Leetor Learners platform and the Leetor Peepo™ brand, characters, intellectual property, and all associated creative works are the sole and exclusive property of How Yuu Enn and How Dong Chern ("the IP Owner"), the original creator. These assets are licensed for commercial use through Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd (Company No. to be inserted), a company incorporated in Malaysia, which operates the platform in its commercial capacity. Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd is the operating entity only and does not hold ownership of the Leetor Peepo™ intellectual property, the Leetor Learners platform IP, or any associated creative works.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leetor Learners platform, including all courses, features, tools, and content available through it. By registering, logging in, or using this platform in any capacity — whether as a student, parent, instructor, outlet administrator, or any other user — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this platform.

Access to Leetor Learners is by invitation only. Users must receive a valid invite link from an authorised outlet or from Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd directly. Self-registration is not permitted.

Users under the age of 18 ("Minors") must have a parent or legal guardian register on their behalf and consent to these Terms. By registering a Minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so and accept these Terms on behalf of the Minor.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information as necessary.

The platform operates with the following user roles, each with defined access levels:

• Student — access to enrolled course materials, submission of daily work, receipt of instructor feedback, and access to the Leetor Peepo Studio tool.
• Instructor — access to course materials, ability to review student work submissions, and to issue course completion certificates.
• Instructor Admin — all Instructor permissions, plus the ability to register students, manage workshop batches, and view branch-level student data.
• HQ Admin — full platform access managed by Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd.

Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time by Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd at its sole discretion, including in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, or termination of the relevant course agreement.

Course fees are set and collected by the authorised outlet at which the student is enrolled. Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd and Leetor Learners are not party to the payment transaction between the student or parent and the outlet, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Refund policies are governed by the individual outlet's terms and the applicable franchise agreement. Students or parents should direct fee-related queries to their enrolled outlet directly.

Access to course content on this platform is contingent on the outlet confirming enrolment and payment status with HQ. Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend access where payment has not been confirmed.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to the Leetor Peepo™ characters (Zeek, Glum, Silla, Idaa, Grallo, Sunny, Mochi), brand name, logo, course materials, illustrations, videos, animations, software, and the Leetor Peepo Studio tool, are the exclusive intellectual property of How Yuu Enn and How Dong Chern, the original creator and IP owner, protected under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987, the Malaysian Trade Marks Act 2019, and the Indonesian Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. These assets are licensed for commercial use to Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd as the operating entity and do not form part of the assets of Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd.

For the avoidance of doubt: the Leetor Learners platform, its software, design, and underlying code, and all Leetor Peepo™ characters, brand elements, and associated creative works are owned solely by How Yuu Enn and How Dong Chern and are not assets of Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd or any other company or partner entity.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from the IP owner.

Ownership. Students retain ownership of original works they create and submit through this platform ("Submitted Works"). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a student's original creative work to Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd.

Licence Granted to Leetor Learners and Leetor Peepo™. By submitting any work through this platform, the student (or their parent or guardian, if the student is a Minor) grants Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd, trading as Leetor Learners and Leetor Peepo™, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and use the Submitted Work in any manner the company sees fit, including but not limited to:

• Public galleries on the platform or any associated website or app
• Promotional and marketing materials, both digital and physical
• Social media platforms and digital advertising
• Press, publications, exhibitions, and events
• Any other medium or format, whether now known or developed in future

This licence is granted without further notice to or compensation of the student or parent.

Confirmation of Originality. By submitting work, the student confirms that the work is their own original creation and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. If AI-assisted tools (including the Leetor Peepo Studio) were used in the creation of the work, the student confirms they directed the creative process and take responsibility for the output.

Third-Party Copying. Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd and Leetor Learners take reasonable steps to protect displayed works. However, they shall not be held liable for unauthorised copying, reproduction, or use of Submitted Works by third parties. Students and parents are encouraged to retain copies of their original work files.

The Leetor Peepo Studio is an AI-powered image generation tool integrated into this platform. Users acknowledge that:

• Outputs generated by the tool are AI-assisted and may not qualify for copyright protection under Malaysian or Indonesian law in isolation.
• Users must not use the tool to generate content that is offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd reserves the right to remove any generated content that violates these Terms without notice.
• The company is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on Electronic Systems and Transactions.

Personal data collected includes name, email address, age, parent or guardian name, and course enrolment information. This data is used solely for the purposes of platform operation, course administration, and communication related to enrolled courses.

Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is stored securely through Supabase (a third-party database service) and processed in accordance with their data processing agreements.

Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us at hello@leetorpeepo.com.

You agree not to use this platform to:

• Submit work that is plagiarised, copied from another person, or generated entirely by AI without any personal creative direction
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a children's education platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorised by Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data, submissions, or course progress due to technical failure
• Third-party copying or misuse of Submitted Works
• Actions or omissions of authorised outlet operators
• Interruption or discontinuation of the platform or any of its features

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Malaysian or Indonesian law.

Ideas Rain Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

For users in Indonesia, where mandatory provisions of Indonesian consumer protection or data protection law apply, those provisions shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
